Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website or purchasing anything through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

We provide coaching sessions, educational digital products and events on personal finance, investment education and personal development.

3. Nature of the service — important

Coaching and educational content are not regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We explain how options work and help you think clearly about decisions. We do not recommend specific financial products, manage money on your behalf, or promise or guarantee any return or outcome. Any decision you take remains yours. Where your circumstances call for it, consult a licensed professional.

4. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been verified with our payment processor.
• Times shown are in Africa/Nairobi (EAT).
• A slot is held temporarily while you complete payment and released if payment is not completed.
• You may cancel from your booking confirmation page subject to the refund policy.
• We may reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances and will offer an alternative time or a refund.

5. Digital products

eBooks are licensed to you for personal use. Please see the eBook licence terms for the full conditions.

6. Events

Event registrations are confirmed on payment where a fee applies. Capacity is limited and allocated on a first-come basis. If an event is cancelled by us, registrations are refunded in full.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown in KES and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We never see or store your full payment credentials.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Share, resell or redistribute purchased digital products.
• Use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, video, course material and digital products — is owned by Mwatha Njoroge or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for financial decisions you make. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. [Placeholder: to be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser.]

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
