eBook Licence Terms
What you may and may not do with an eBook purchased from this website.
Placeholder policy
1. What you are buying
You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the eBook. You are not buying the copyright, and ownership of the work stays with Mwatha Njoroge.
2. What you may do
- Read the eBook on your own devices.
- Print a copy for your own personal use.
- Quote short passages with clear attribution.
3. What you may not do
- Share, upload, email, resell or redistribute the file.
- Post it to a file-sharing service, group chat or public drive.
- Reproduce substantial parts in any commercial product or training material.
- Remove or alter copyright notices.
- Use the content to train an automated system or model without written permission.
4. How delivery works
After your payment is verified, you receive a private download link by email and on the order confirmation page. That link:
- is unique to your order and difficult to guess;
- expires after 72 hours;
- allows up to 5 downloads;
- is logged each time it is used.
If your link expires or runs out, you can request a fresh one free of charge from your order page or by contacting us. Please treat the link as private — anyone who has it can download your copy.
5. Educational content only
eBooks are educational. They are not regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they do not promise or guarantee any financial outcome. Consider your own circumstances and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.
6. Refunds
Digital sales are final once downloaded. Where delivery has failed or a file is faulty, see the refund policy — we will always put it right.
7. Updates to a title
If a title is revised, we may make the updated edition available to existing purchasers at our discretion. [Placeholder: confirm the policy on free updates.]
