Refund Policy

1. Coaching sessions

• More than 24 hours before the session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no cost.
• Less than 24 hours before: the session fee is generally non-refundable, because the time has been reserved for you. We will usually offer one reschedule as a courtesy.
• Missed sessions: a session missed without notice is treated as delivered.
• Cancelled by us: if we cancel or cannot deliver a session, you receive a full refund or an alternative time, whichever you prefer.

2. eBooks and digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all eBook sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

We will always help where something has genuinely gone wrong:

• You were charged but never received the file: we will re-issue your download link, or refund in full.
• The file is corrupted or the wrong title was delivered: we will replace it, or refund in full.
• Duplicate charge: refunded in full.

3. Events

• More than 7 days before the event: full refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before: 50% refund, or full credit towards a future event.
• Less than 48 hours before: non-refundable, but your seat may be transferred to someone else — just let us know the name.
• Cancelled or postponed by us: full refund, or transfer to the rescheduled date.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us with your booking or order reference and a short explanation. We aim to respond within two working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paystack. Depending on your bank or mobile money provider, funds typically arrive within 5–10 working days. [Placeholder: confirm processing times with the payment provider.]

6. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback — almost every issue is resolved faster directly. We keep full records of every transaction, delivery and download to resolve disputes accurately.
